St. Patrick’s Day Festival
March 14 – 17, 2008

Celebrate Georgia’s rich Irish heritage for an entire week at Atlanta’s Irish Festival and 127th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade! The parade begins at 12 noon on March 15, 2008 starting at Peachtree Street and Ralph McGill and proceeds past Woodruff Park. The parade then moves into Underground Atlanta where the celebration continues with live entertainment. The 2008 Atlanta St. Patrick’s Day Parade will host over 200 parade units which include floats, marching bands, Irish dancers, Bagpipe and Drum Corps, antique cars, and much more!

The St. Patrick’s Day Festival is a four-day event, March 14 – 17, 2008 that encompasses various celebrations of Irish heritage and culture. Live Irish entertainment will be showcased throughout the event along with an  vendor market, Irish Breakfast, family activities and of course, green everywhere.
